Project Sample:
Labor Planning and Reporting |
A large manufacturing firm needed a better way to
plan and track their labor requirements. At the beginning of the
project, they were using numerous Excel spreadsheets, with no historical
abilities and limited ability to track future labor needs.
We selected Microsoft Access -- a tool with which they
were already comfortable -- to re-create their spreadsheet entry page and
then to produce the detailed historical reports and future planning
reports that they needed to track their labor pool needs.
